Accorp PAC is an ACRA-registered public accounting firm. Audit, corporate tax and accounting are delivered by our own team. Incorporation and corporate secretarial are delivered through our affiliate, and we say so on every page where that applies.

Audit and assurance
Accorp PAC is a public accounting firm registered with ACRA. We audit Singapore-incorporated companies — for statutory purposes, and where a lender, regulator or parent company requires it.
Corporate tax
We prepare tax computations and supporting schedules for submission to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, monitor your filing deadlines, and deal with IRAS on your behalf.
Accounting and bookkeeping
We keep the books, prepare the management accounts and produce financial statements that meet your reporting obligations to ACRA and IRAS — from dormant companies to businesses with complex transactions.
Company incorporation
Incorporation and registration with ACRA are delivered by our affiliated corporate secretary. Your accounting and corporate tax are handled here by Accorp PAC.
Corporate secretarial
Corporate secretarial services are delivered by our affiliated corporate secretary — meeting minutes, statutory registers, and submissions to ACRA — without you needing to hire a full-time employee.

Payroll

Work passes and related passes
Several pass types exist for foreigners working in or relocating to Singapore, each with its own requirements and limitations. We handle the application end to end.
- Assessing which pass actually fits the individual and the role
- Assistance with the self-assessment tools provided by the Ministry of Manpower
- Preparation and submission of the application
- Tracking the application while it is being processed
- Liaising with the officer handling the case and responding to requests for further information
- Arranging issuance once in-principle approval is given
- Longer-term planning where permanent residence is the eventual aim
Pass types include the Employment Pass, Personalised Employment Pass, EntrePass and S Pass, with Dependant Passes and Long Term Visit Passes for family members. Requirements are set by the Ministry of Manpower and change from time to time, so we confirm the current position at the time of application rather than relying on general guidance.
Independence
Which firm does what
Accorp PAC is a public accounting firm. Audit, corporate tax, accounting, transfer pricing and valuation are our own work. Company incorporation and corporate secretarial services are delivered by our affiliated corporate secretary.
This matters beyond tidiness. An auditor cannot audit accounts their own firm prepared, and certain combinations of services raise independence questions that have to be settled before an engagement starts rather than after. We will tell you which role we are taking, and where a combination is not available to you, we will say so.
